Thirumala Arohi Mamunooru is a highly accomplished Vice President at Infosys with over 22 years of relevant experience. She has successfully built and managed large portfolios, developed strong account relationships, and executed all aspects of IT management, including client relationship, cloud-based application development, delivery, service management, and innovative pricing models. Her core strength lies in working on technology, process, and people management at various levels of the organization and building high-performing teams. Thirumala is a perpetual learner and believes that learning and innovation are complementary forces. As the Head of Education, Training & Assessment (ETA) at Infosys, she drives innovation to empower platform-driven learning interventions to enable a future-ready workforce. She has transformed ETA into a potential revenue-generating function through learning platforms like Infosys Wingspan and Infosys Meridian. Thirumala orchestrates relationships and partnerships with leading universities and MOOCs to bridge industry and academia, and she is reimagining universities using a digital-first approach to college education. Through these platforms, she strives towards connecting the world holistically and digitally every single day. Thirumala's passion for empowering people with the right tools to realize their true potential is what keeps her going. Thirumala's education history includes a B Tech degree in Electrical & Electronics from Acharya Nagarjuna University, a Board of Intermediate Education degree from Loyola Academy, Hyderabad, and an Infosys Global Leadership Program degree from Stanford University. Her tech stack includes AI, ML, and testing. Prior to joining Infosys, Thirumala worked as an Engineer at apseb and sanghi polyesters ltd, where she gained valuable experience in testing and commissioning. Currently, she holds the position of Senior Vice President and Delivery Manager at Infosys.
